The Placebo Effect At Work

Okay, so I had a headache when I woke up, so I went an took something (I also took out the garbage, as it was nearly full, and starting to smell, and headache + strong smells = pain). And, well, the headache went away.

Then I went into the bathroom and noticed I took my vitamins instead of my acetaminophen. And now the headache is back since I realized that, aside from the placebo effect, there's no reason I shouldn't have a headache.

Today's gonna be a 'take the bus in' day -- stupid headache.
