Fanfiction
Do you read or write fanfiction?	Would someone take this survey if they didn't?
When did you first start reading/writing fanfiction?	As fanfiction? Sometime in middle school. Maybe 8th or 9th grade.
What was your first fandom?	Animorphs. And Star Trek.
First ship?	Jake/Cassie, Rachel/Tobias, Kira/Odo, Worf/Jadzia
What website do you use most?	El-Jay
What do you think of Fanfiction.net?	If it had a higher ratio of goodfic to badfic, or didn't like to eat fics (I'm not even asking for both here), I'd use it more often.
What fandoms have you written in?	Animorphs, Star Trek, Digimon Adventures, Sailor Moon, Harry Potter, Discworld, Dragaera, Slayers, Fullmetal Alchemist, Avatar: the Last Airbender, Earthbound, Chrono Crusade, Escaflowne
Pairings?	Zel/Amelia, Lina/Gourry, Ken/Miyako, and Lockhart/Voldemort. (What?) That's only stuff I've actually written. Not listing off pairings I like.
Any fandoms you would like to write in?	Bleach (despite the batshit). Hellsing. More of some of the fandoms I've dabbled in.
Do reviews affect how you write in any way?	They make me feel good. And that helps.
Do you use a beta?	Yes. Or I at least get a friend to make sure I'm not on the bad crack before posting something.
What ratings do you read/write?	I'll read anything except NC-17, and most of my stuff is G-PG, with occasional PG-13.
What warnings have you used on your fiction/read?	Spoilers, character death... I'm a wimp.
Do you have any squicks?	Yes. They don't come up much, since I don't read smut.
Do you Role-play online? If so, what?	Yes. Mostly in the Nexus, or over IRC/email.
Have you ever stolen something from another person's work?	I've been inspired by work, and ued epigraphs, but never stolen text or things.
Favorite fandom to write/read?	Slayers, still.
Favorite pairing?	Zel/Amelia, still.
Favorite writer/writers?	Most of my friendslist. You guys all rock!
How long should a chapter be?	As long as it needs to be. I find a couple thousand words is best, though.
Do you write/read drabbles?	Yes.
Any fandoms you avoid?	Not especially. I'll even dabble in batshit things like Harry Potter
Pairings you avoid?	I'm wary of popular pairings that I'm not OMG in love with (so... Ed/Win and Ed/Roy in FMA -- but I'm wary of FMA in general). I also dislike pairings where one person is under 18 and the other is significantly older.
Warnings you avoid?	I don't read smut, so safe to say if there's a 'NC-17' tacked on, I won't read it.
Do the number of reviews tell how good a story is?	::laughs:: Nope.
What do you think of Mary Sues?	Every writer writes one. Nothing to be proud or ashamed of, as long as you grow out of it and learn how to write things that other people like reading as well.
Have you ever flamed someone?	No. I've given concrit, and I might have gotten a little condescending in my attempts to seem polite. I've also been short with people on LJ.
Have you ever been flamed?	Nothing worth remembering.
