I can't get to gamign on Saturday. If I can, I have to leave by about 5 -- my dad has his citizenship ceremony in Omaha at 7 and I don't want to miss it.

A Mature Fanfiction Author! They DO Exist!

Got the first response from the girl I beta'd a fic for. She mostly e-mailed me to thank me for going over her fic with a fine-tooth comb and to explain some plot holes to me, noting she will do it for the readers later in the fic, where it makes sense to explain them. She also wanted to make sure I didn't mind seeing more drafts in the future.
God, I wish I had this girl in my real fandoms. However old she really is, she is mature and a decent writer.
