How To Make Christmas Shopping Fun!
Dec. 9th, 2003 09:29 amIt is snowing outside and I have mostly finished the shopping for my family. I love the internet, even if I should have ordered earlier -- well, save that today is the first time my sister told me what DVDs she wanted -- so I could have chanced free shipping on Amazon and maybe have gotten the second CardCaptor Sakura artbook for my brother. I love my brother -- his favorite manga are the ones in Shounen Jump and Cardcaptor Sakura. Now, to keep him off ff.net until he's at least in high school -- he's still in the mega-crossover-self-insert phase of fanfic writing (he's 13 and I will let him indulge himself as long as he keeps it off of the internet) and his favorite characters in YuYu Hakusho happen to be Kurama and Hiei (He made me bring him back a poster from AnimeIowa. I also got a picture of a set of cosplayers dressed as them -- I told the cosplayers the picture was for my little brother, so they were good.)
Anyways... I had a topic... oh, yeah! I'm reminding anyone interested I will be accepting mini-sions for free as holiday presents.

Dec. 9th, 2003 10:39 amDear Students,
Before you start working problems, please figure out about how large your answer should be. Getting planetary distances MANY ORDERS OF MAGNETUDE smaller than atoms is generally considered a BAD thing. So is getting planetary distances MANY ORDERS OF MAGNETUDE larger than light years. Especially considering these are Earthlike planets.
Sincerely,
Your TA.
