Civ III and Computers
Jan. 4th, 2005 01:02 pmTrying to install Civ III on my computer -- it doesn't like the idea, because the hard drive is rather full. So, I go to look for Large Files I Never Use. And I find the System files for (what I guess is) the failed install of OS X I did a couple of years ago (It was strange -- I had it running for a week or so, it crashed and refused to run OS X -- I eventually reinstalled OS X because the old OS 9 was still running,so I still had all my files. Computers are weird.)
Now, the old System files take up nearly a gig of memory on my hard drive. And I am 90%+ certain that's what I am looking at, considering it was in a folder called Previous System and I can locate the Suystem Folders for OS X and OS 9 as separate from this folder. However, my inner computer geek is telling me that if it says System on it, deleting it means bad things happen to Mr. Computer.
