Tales from the Test Grader

Currently have a student who ended his/her essay with 'Thank you and good night' and a student that seems to think Mexico is The Land of the Midnight Sun. If I was less honest, I would be recording quotes.

Writing babble

Updated invoking_urania -- I am almost sorrry one of the characters (Jeshel) won't be showing up for a while, because he's wonderfully fun to write. And he cheeses off the protagonist (Siogari) to no end. Siogari is convinced Jeshel is incredibly Evil and out to corrupt him into evilness, while Jeshel is really just a scheming bastard who sees Siogari (correctly) as an easy mark (and, in his own way, is fond of him).

If this was a published work with a fandom, those two would be slashed like woah. Even if I pretty much said Siogari's not into men and Jeshel thinks sex is ridiculous and he wants no part in it, because it makes humans act stupid.
