Aug. 10th, 2005 01:11 pmFanfic Author would like a year's salary to write the Great American Novel (and finish fanfic) -- and apparently all her readers owe her for reading the works she made freely available on the internet.
You know, at least with Something Positive's Randy it was more of a 'This isn't my job -- either make it my job or quityerbitching... waitasec, you actually ARE willing to make it my job?'.
That and she's asking for donations the size of hardcover books. I barely will pay the price of a haradcover book for an actual hardcover book. No way I'm giving it to someone on the internet for vague promises of fic. (Might give it to an internet friend who is going through financial hell, in which case, it's a gift, and nothing is expected in return -- but it would have to be financial hell)
