Grad School Update

So I continue to maintain that my Electrodynamics teacher is at least a mid-level demon. In addition to things previously mentioned in posts (early class time, homework assignments that can take 8 hours to do and are worth about 1% of the final grade each, homework over fall break), he offered us this choice: have homework-as-normal over midterm week, and have an extra 5 days (read: Thanksgiving Break) over Thanksgiving or have the extra 5 days over midterm week (moving the homework date to Tuesday from Thursday) and have homework-as-normal over Thanksgiving.

There's a reason everyone in my office is talking about taking the 0 on the homework over at least one of these periods, and relying on the fact the professor only requires we do 10 assignments to take the final.
