Okay, I've been getting 6-7 hours a night, plus (usually) an hour nap in the day time. And I'm still practically falling asleep without my tea (go on and ask me what we discussed at the research group meeting -- I'll mumble something about rings and Pan and Janus and Epimethus's density wave patterns).
So, suggestions? Is it the fact it's been raining for the last week or two? My hormones? The fact I forget to take my vitamins? Someone has to know more medicine than me.
