So, this conversation was spawned by talking to zannechaos and yuuo on disabilities, and about reading posts on the anti-vaccination movement*. All three of us have our problems -- Zanne and Jen can share theirs if they like, but as for me, I have Asperger's Syndrome (an autistic spectrum disorder) and an anxiety disorder, and am also moderately near-sighted in one eye, and lack binocular vision.
