Fanfic planning: Winry Rockbell and the Something of Venus

So, thanks to popular (read: yuuo and kuchehexe) demand, I am going to write a sequel to Winry Rockbell, Martian Space Pilot! (Winry Rockbell, Martian Space Pilot! (25203 words) by BeccaStareyes) my FMA Golden-Age Space Opera AU. Which means planning. And probably also a re-watch of some episodes of the first anime to get voices right. And harassing UO to beta. Most of my planning right now is figuring out who is in this story, and what they want. As well as what I consider 'series meta-plot' -- all the stuff that might not come out (yet), but is going on in the background.
