I've been staring at my fanfiction for the past hour and trying to think of a title. I want to post the first chapter up to the net (and start work on the second), but that requires a title.

Well, the fic is an Escaflowne fic, post-series, set in Asturia. The main conflict is that there are a series of random attacks on the Asturia/Zaibach border, perpetuated by a single guymelef, and Our Heroes (mostly Allen and Celena, but Millerna and even Van and Dryden will also be playing small roles) have to figure out 1) What the Hell is going on? and 2) How to stop it. There is also the idea of Celena and Allen's relationship -- Allen is refusing to recognize that his sister was once Dilandau, especially since the attacks are done in a very Dilandau-esque manner (AKA burn everything to the ground and destory everything that won't burn) and Celena is refusing to tell him that she remembers being Dilandau and retains far more of the traits of him than Allen is admitting, out of a desire to protect his own ideals.

Why must titling work be so hard? The world is filled with fanficcers who complain about writing summaries, but titles are worse -- there you only have maybe half a dozen words to set a tone for a fic.
