Dr. Woodward is awesome. He knows I'm not going to pursue math beyond college, but he still not only helps me select interesting math courses, but reminds me about grad schools, applying for fellowships, signing up to take the GRE* and applying for summer programs. I feel really bad I'm sticking to astronomy, and not going into math, but the only area I've really found interesting and somehting I think I can do is math biology.
*standardized tests to get into grad school. There's a general one and a subject one.
I also found out that not only can I take the Fractals course, but the math class I'm in now counts for something, so 2nd semester next year, I only have to take three courses. Which means I can take two fun courses! And back to Japanese I go!
