Something an friend sent me over AIM -- it's funny because I can think of at least one bad dub that does everything mentioned here. They didn't mention the arbitrarily leaving names unchanged for no logical reason, though. ::points to Sakura in CCS, Hotaru in Sailor Moon, and Takato in Digimon Tamers::
