beccastareyesOkay, I have two good ideas for NaNo and it's only July. The first is novelizing my comic -- I don't know whether or not that would be kosher -- all I really have are scripts from the first three issues, and plans for a 13 issue run. Would that count as something I've workerd on before or not?
Second one is sort of an urban/science fantasy -- near future setting, maybe 100 years or less. So it kind of straddles the line. I would need to do some research on folktales and stuff, and on some of the newer sets of beliefs (like Otherkin and how modern mystics see magic). Probably have to ask a lot of questions to friends who are interested in or believe in that sort of thing. Much more work, but the story is shaping up nicely.
