Sep. 3rd, 2004 04:27 pmWould there be interest in my taking things I am learning from classes, removing the math, adding in all the stuff my professors assume I know, and putting up popular physics/astronomy articles once a week?
Really this is just an excuse to use the phrase 'ultraviolet catastrophe' in an entry, because that is just one of the coolest physics terms ever.
On a related note, I've heard talk of a Science Writing course being offered from the College of Journalism and Mass Communcation. Since I have an idle semester next spring, I am hoping it will be up my alley -- especially as the note from the Honors Program bills it as being for both journalists/english-types AND scientists.
I would love to publish a popular astronomy book someday. Spread the love!
