Remember about a week ago I mentioned that they were filming a reality show on campus involving a celebrity? Well, he's in the chemistry class after me (I nearly tripped over a cameraman heading in as I was heading out -- Hamilton Hall is a deathtrap between classes). He also made it into the marching band, and was allowed to play a song (plus "Hail Varsity", one of the school fight songs) at halftime today. I got up early and watched the pregame band practice (including the unwary cameramen nearly being run down by the band). However else UNL looks, I think the band came off pretty good, as he seemed to be enjoying himself.

Plus, there is the novelty of saying that my sister played in the same band as Tommy Lee in fornt of 70,000 people.
