HPDH reaction -- spoilers!

So, I read HPDH. And I'll warn you, I've been up since 7 AM my time, so it might impinge on my ability to comprehend things. Many things seem different on lack of sleep -- it's the best time to watch the Star Wars Prequels, for one, especially if you can fastforward to all the action scenes.
The Good: It was reasonably entertaining, with a couple of twists. I did like the way Dumbledore was handled, to be honest, and the Malfoys. I also like that characters like Ron and Neville got to do cool stuff.
The Bad: I could have done without the 'Snape was in love with Lilly Potter and that was what motivated him'. Also Remus's impression of Zelgadis Greywords when dealing with pregnant!Tonks. I also wished that at least one Slytherin would have stayed to fight Voldemort when asking for volunteers. Even if it was something like 'Voldemort got my relative killed, and no one messes with my family'.
The Silly: Crap, now I need to write my sister an email, because she made me promise either when GoF or OotP came out to tell her if Hedwig died. Also Luna's dad has the most awesome name ever. And I feel the need to make a list of the amount of fanon JKR confirmed/denied here.
The epilogue was less WTF-y than Digimon's. This was not a terribly remarkable achievement, however.
I've been up nearly 24 hours and I'm starting to get loopy. I should go pass out and hope the weekend gives me time to recover my circadian rhythm.
