Oct. 7th, 2003 11:18 pmI actually managed to insult someone in Japanese today! And on purpose too! CJ's character was being an idiot... Here's a hint, CJ -- telling the enemy our plan of attack so we can surprise them with a new one is ANNOYING when the leaders of the party don't get told until it's too late. It's even more ANNOYING when our first plan of attack is simple and efficient, and the new one gets us ambushed. Anyway, CJ's (and technically Becca's) character did this, and I (the player who helped work out the first attack) yelled at him "CJ wa totemo baka desu yo"* before having my character verbally tear him a new one.
*Yes I know this is bad grammar: I just attached an adverb to a noun -- it translates to "CJ is very fool!", which sounds silly. I should have dropped the 'totemo', but we are just learning 'totemo' and 'amari' (very and not very) and it was fresh in my mind. I just forgot 'baka' was a noun.
