beccastareyesFinished the lineart for the four pages of impromanga I need done by the end of the year, and got all but one panel of page 2 colored. I love drawing space scenes.
I also played .hack//Infection. Don't care for the battle system (it's like Kingdom Hearts, and I'm not that good at dodging) but it's horribly engrossing. It's just like playing a real MMORPG, except people can spell and use proper grammar, and their screennames don't have five numbers after them, and my e-mail account doesn't collect random offers of porn and mortgages. Heck, there is even a large stock of randomly-generated NPCs, some of whom have amusing names -- I spotted a Parn, a Kojiro, and a Baan (Van?).
I also played FFX-2, which is a damn pretty game. There is a minor character named Shinra who is an inventor, and I have to wonder if FFX/X-2 is secretly a prequel for FFVII... but I go not there, that way lies badfic.
I'm thinking for the online RPG -- working title: Sea of Chaos -- that I won't play Zel, as I am him in several other games, and to be honest, I want some originality. Since I promised that Amelia would be an available PC, I'm probably going to try someone new -- I'll see what major characters aren't snapped up right away. Betcha I get to play Sylphiel or someone. I know I'll have to play Canal because I have to explain what the hell happened to her (namely, why is she still here if Vorfeed is gone), and it'd be easier for me to just play her.
